Drive productivity in daily operations by implementing prioritization strategies while co-leading the development of programming ideas and content that align with the organization’s mission, vision, and strategic plan.

• Maximizes effectiveness by refining and overseeing the implementation and scaling of current leadership development and learning programs, including the Senior Leadership Fellowship, Learning Events, and Awards.

• Leads the development and design of the portfolio of new peer learning experiences and other membership offerings for Black senior leaders across the education ecosystem.

• Leads the development and execution of the research agenda while building robust relationships with members and volunteers to understand the organization’s value proposition through their eyes.

• Offers significant support for the accounting services provider to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures in the execution of programs and projects, including financial practices for contract payments and partner reimbursements.

• Develops and shares ongoing content for thought leadership, including newsletters, podcasts, and website updates.

• Received commendations for successfully launching and overseeing a new peer cohort program from inception to roll-out.

• Provided strategic guidance and identified areas for improvement for the securing advisory committee and project pilot.

• Established optimal workforce and operational efficiency by creating SOPs for hiring staff, co-creating the staff handbook, spearheading performance review guidelines and processes, creating team organizational charts over the next five years, and building new employees and trajectories to scale.
