Received commendations for successfully launching and overseeing a new peer cohort program from inception to roll-out.

Established optimal workforce and operational efficiency by creating SOPs for hiring staff, co-creating the staff handbook, spearheading performance review guidelines and processes, creating team organizational charts over the next five years, and building new employees and trajectories to scale.
