I was drawn to mission-driven work the way most people are: I cared about the cause. What I didn't expect was how quickly I'd fall in love with the operational side of impact — the unglamorous, deeply human work of making sure good intentions actually reach the people they're meant for.

Over the years I've built organizational infrastructure from the ground up, run large-scale convenings, supported executive leaders through messy growth, and stood up the systems that let small teams do remarkable things.

Today I work as a fractional COO and operations architect for nonprofits, social impact ventures, and founder-led organizations who are ready for their operations to match their mission.
